Do I have to be there when you empty my unit?
Not if the facility allows it. Once you approve the quote and authorize access in writing, we can meet the manager, clear the unit, and send you photos of the empty space the same day.
Can you help me avoid another month of rent?
That is usually the whole point. Tell us your billing date and we will schedule before it — we run seven days a week, so tight deadlines are normal for us.
Do you buy the contents of the unit?
We do not purchase contents, but anything genuinely usable goes to a Rhode Island donation partner instead of the transfer station, which we note on your invoice.
