Can you remove old attic insulation?
Yes, we bag and haul loose blown-in and batt insulation that is not contaminated with asbestos or mold remediation waste. If we suspect asbestos in older Rhode Island homes, we stop and point you to a licensed abatement contractor first.
My attic only has a pull-down ladder. Is that a problem?
No. Most of the attics we clear in Providence and Pawtucket triple-deckers are hatch access only. We work in relays with bags and bins so nothing gets dropped through a ceiling.
Do you clean up rodent-damaged boxes?
We do. Our crew wears respirators and gloves, bags the contaminated material on site, and hauls it out sealed. We do not perform pest treatment itself.
