A Rhode Island crew, not a call center

We built this company around the two complaints people have about junk removal: nobody shows up when they say they will, and the price changes once the truck is loaded. So we quote on site in writing, we do not bill by the hour, and stairs, distance, and difficult access never become an upcharge after the fact.

Disposal matters too. Metal goes to scrap, electronics to e-waste processors, mattresses into Rhode Island's statewide recycling program, and anything usable to local donation partners. What is left goes to a licensed transfer facility — not the back of a lot somewhere.

Whether it is one mattress off a Central Falls third floor or a three-day estate clearing in Newport, the same standard applies: insured crews, protected floors, and a swept space when we pull out of the driveway.
