Basement Cleanouts FAQs
My basement is damp and things are moldy — will you still take it?
Surface mold on furniture, boxes, and carpet is normal in an old RI basement and we handle it with proper PPE. Active structural mold remediation is a licensed specialty and we will tell you when to call one.
Is bulkhead-only access a problem?
No. Bulkheads are often easier than interior stairs. Let us know before the visit so we can plan the exit route.
Can you remove an old oil tank?
We do not remove fuel oil tanks — that requires a licensed tank contractor in Rhode Island. Everything around it, we can clear the same day.
